The ride begins and ends at Cyclin Rio´s office in Jardim Botânico. The first part is a flat ride through Botafogo and Laranjeiras neighborhoods, when the climbing begins at Rua Alice. The first stop is at the Dona Marta Viewpoint, which offers one of the best views of the city. The ride continues up, going by the Cristo Visitor Center and entering Paineiras before descending to Alto da Boa Vista. The last part includes a light climb to reach the Emperor Table, then descends to Vista Chinesa prior to rounding back to Cyclin Rio´s office.
